In Dom sindikata was held from 28 to 30 May 2010. First Intenational Film Festival for and by people with disabilities, organized by Hendi Center "Coloseum".

The slogan of the festival was the "invisible differences and visible similarities', and a theme was culture, sport, tourism and education. Film screenings were held in the Blue Room of Dom sindikata and at the lounge of the City Assembly.

Opening of the festival was May 28th at 12h at Nikola Pasic Square. In addition to the main film program (competitive and non-competitive) BOSIFEST 2010 included a daily support programs: creative workshops (art and photo workshops) and music, theater program, children's program and debates. The event is complemented by fairs, which are organized in the foyer of the Hall of Dom sindikata, from 10h to 12h.

The audience could see more than 55 films about the life and work of persons with disabilities from 18 countries on three continents.

Jury of BOSIFEST 2010 consists: President of the jury Marko Jevtic, director, member of the Jury: Marko Stojanovic, a professor of stage movement at the Academy of Fine Arts and a member of the jury: Maša Nešković, director.

Prizes were awarded for: Best Film - Grand Prix BOSIFEST 2010 was awarded to "Portraits of emotions" Plaque BOSIFEST 2010 for best director was awarded to "Drona and Me" . Plaque BOSIFEST 2010 for best screenplay was awarded to "The collector of bedford street". Audience Award BOSIFEST 2010 were awarded to films in the national competition, the film "Sorry I'm late," and in the international competition, the film "Like a butterfly".
