Forth Belgrade Film Festival for and by people with disabilities-BOSIFEST 2013. held from 5th to 7th june in Youth Centre Belgrade, the slogan was “Energy of creativity” and the theme was work and life with people with disability.
Films that were shown on forth BOSIFEST, international film festival attracted great attention of media and public. During the festival that lasted from 5th to 7the june, a large number of visitors had a chance to see 34 feature, documentary and animated films from all over the world. This year festival received some of the best short, feature and animated films made by people with disability and films that are dealing with position, rights and achivements of people with disabilities. The selector was Maja Milos.
Council of film festival BOSIFEST 2013 according to the jury consists of Slobodan Sijan, Srdjan Golubovic i Darijan Mihajlovic, 7.6.2013. awarded: GRAND PRIX for the film “Chromosome 5“ by Maria Ripoll and Lisa Pram (Spain, 2013.). The crystal plaquet for the best director went to film “Aka Dok Pomus” by Will Hecther and Peter Miller (Canada 2012.) and for the best screenplay went to film “The last taboo” by Alexander Freeman (USA 2012.).
The festival was supported by Touristic organization of Belgrade, Advisory body for people with disabilities of Cabinet of the Mayor of Belgrade, Office for the youth of Belgrade, Blic, Studio B.
