December 3, 2008 held the central ceremony marking the International Day of Disabled Persons
Day dedicated to people with disabilities was formed in 1992, when the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution which all countries are invited to celebrate this day with the aim to improve and enable people with disabilities to enjoy their human rights and equal participation in society.
Hendi Center Coloseum for seven years successfully organized the Central celebration event on December 3, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This event has a promotional and affirming character. It shall promote culture and arts as well as the relationship of persons with disabilities in it. Art knows no boundaries, art knows no barriers, so December 3 is always promotion of art.
